At SubMarket BD, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products and subscriptions, refunds and returns are subject to the following terms:

1. Digital Products
Once a digital product is delivered, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before completing your transaction.

2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions to services like Netflix, Canva, ChatGPT, etc., are typically non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with your subscription, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your case on an individual basis.

3. Exceptions
In rare cases, such as if a product is not functioning as described or there is a billing error, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through the Contact page. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3-5 business days.
